Having visited Clare myself at home for beauty treatments I was pleased that she was able to offer to come to visit my mother who is over 100 at her home locally in Radcliffe. My mother looks forward to her regular visits now. She also offered to visit her in hospital for one treatment when my mother was anxious and this made my mother feel much better. For my 50th birthday one of the presents from my sister was a pamper day with you. As I am always busy this was the first time I had tried anything like this and went with an open mind.

When I arrived I was made to feel very welcome and felt at ease. The whole experience was great and I have been back twice since. I will be in touch soon.

I generally pay her a visit every 2 weeks and have tried the indian head massage, swedish massage, and the hot stone massage. All are fantastic and are a must try. My aim is to slowly try other treatments but I am addicted to the the 3 I already use. If anyone is looking for quality treatment then a visit is a must.

Clare's home salon is more than welcoming! You feel very special as you are the only person in the salon at that time and Clare does not make the experience feel rushed like in some salons. I have treated myself to an Indian head massage which was lovely, and am about to have my 3rd relaxing facial with Clare! Beauty by Clare might be situated in Clare's home, but has all the same relaxing experiences that I have ever had in any salon. The fact that it is her own home, makes the experience all that more special. The surroundings are remarkably tranquil, extremely pleasant and very relaxing. I have only ever been to a beauty therapist once, before my visit to Clare. I have to say that I have now been on a number of occasions and found the whole experience wonderful, relaxing and extremely professional. On my most recent visit I had St Tropez full body spray tan, which I was very happy with and when I met friends and family they all said "it was the best spray tan they had ever seen". My experience at Beauty by Clare was great. Loved the heated bed! Waxing hurts a lot and most times I get waxed I feel like the beautician says she understands but doesn't really. With Clare it was different. She was very gentle and understanding. Asked enough questions about my comfort and eased any anxiety I had about the process. It wasn't rushed either and she gave tips on how to care for my skin too.

I was unsure what to expect when I read that it was a home salon but when I arrived I found it a superbly professional place. The massage I had was so relaxing and professional and the fact that there was no one else in the salon made it all the more so.

I have been going to lots of different salons over the years but since I visiting Beauty by Clare, I have to say that I won't be moving again! Very Professional and totally relaxing atmosphere. Don't be put off by a 'home salon' as you feel like you are in a salon but better due to you being able to totally relax and receive a totally personal visit.
I am a very picky client but would honestly recommend Clare.

I visited Beauty by Clare when I was 32 weeks pregnant, and very much in the need of a bit of pampering, so I chose the Mums to Be treatment package. On arrival, Clare took me up to her beauty salon, which was nicely scented and had very relaxing music playing, and I was offered a complimentary drink. I had my manicure and pedicure done first, which involved the use of a number of products whilst arm and leg massages were carried out. My hands and feet were then soaked in paraffin wax, which has left them feeling extremely soft, and then Jessica nail polish was applied.

The treatment then finished off with my facial, which was carried out on a very comfy heated bed. Clare thoroughly cleansed and exfoliated my skin, before giving me a steam treatment which allowed her to remove any unwanted nasties from my skin. I then enjoyed a fantastic neck, shoulder and face massage, before having a face mask applied. Once this had been left on for a while, Clare removed it and finished my skin off with a moisturiser.

The difference I found between Beauty by Clare and other places I've been to, is that I didn't feel like I was on a set time limit with Beauty by Clare. Plus, I could totally wind down and relax without being disturbed by other people around me, as the salon was very private. Beauty by Clare was a very relaxing experience, which I'd recommend to anyone in need of a bit of pampering. I'll definitely be going back.

I went to Beauty by Clare for the hands and feet indulgence. I felt totally at ease, as it was a much more relaxing, as the treatment was not rushed at all which made it a much more personal experience. Clare used a wide range of products for this treatment which is excellent for the cost, and lasted weeks after. Also extremely sanitary and she cleaned everything thoroughly. I felt completely pampered - like a new woman, with really soft skin.

I recently started going to Clare when I was looking for somewhere to get my nails done for my wedding. From my first booking, Clare made me feel very comfortable and relaxed - which is something that I never feel when going to beauty salons where everything feels a little fake and put on!

The back, neck & shoulder massage that I had with Clare the day before my wedding was so relaxing and just what I needed to relieve the stress from organising the wedding. My experience at Beauty by Clare was brilliant. The informal atmosphere made me feel comfortable despite having to stand there with no clothes on but my St. Tropez tan looked fantastic and lasted for ages so it was worth it!

I have used Beauty by Clare a few times this year for exfoliation and spray tans. The first time I was a little nervous as it was my first spray tan and I didn't know what to expect. I recently had my first few treatments at Beauty by Clare and was extremely impressed with the results. The treatments take place in a specially designed treatment room, fully equipped to allow you to completely relax and enjoy the experience. With tranquil music playing whilst you have your treatments it's the ultimate bliss. I had a half leg wax and an eyelash tint and I could not fault it. The eyelash tint turned my usual blondie eyelashes into a stunning dark navy blue shade which complimented my eyes perfectly. I felt totally at ease with the leg wax, which c an sometimes be stressful, but with Clare's expertise and the comfortable environment there was barely any wincing at all!! Very impressed! Will definitely be going back!

As a busy working mum it is very hard to find time for yourself. However In the relaxing atmosphere of Clare's treatment room it was easy to forget that anyone other than I existed. So relaxing was the gentle music in the background, the scent from the candles and the heated bed, whilst having my eye lash tint, that I was carried away to another place.

My experience has been an absolute revelation, I was treated with respect and tenderness so much so that my next lot of treatments, eye lash tint, waxing and again the fantastic Zen Spa Pedicure has now been booked and looking forward to.
